ARE YOU OUR NEWEST MILK MOOVER?
Mossgiel Farm is a small dairy with a BIG vision - to delivery truly unique milk with zero single use plastic from grass to glass, with the smallest hoof print on our environment!
A typical day will start by collecting your van at the farm in Mauchline, dodging the occasional cow and having a quick catch up on the goss with the van loader on shift. You'll then carry out a van safety check and double check your milk load before heading off on your run with an Android tablet explaining which supporters are receiving milk that day.
The bad bits?
Sometimes you'll be held up if milk isn't quite ready, other times the load may have changed from when the van was loaded and you'll need to load the rest yourself.
It does happen that the route may be slightly in the wrong order if new supporters have joined or a wee mistake has been made; now and again a supporter may have forgotten to tell us they're closed for the day too, so you've driven for a long time to turn up to an empty shop.
All of that can be mega frustrating, but.....

You'll join our awesome team, full of peeps dedicated to our vision of changing dairy. Our supporters are the best around, and with Mossgiel being the milk of choice for Scotland's coffee scene, you'll soon be sipping the best cups of caffeine infused bevvies our nation has to offer.
We are investing in a green future, 50% of our delivery fleet is already electric and we're investing in the latest technology to ensure our hoof print on the environment is as low as possible. It's in our vision to be net zero by 2025!

We're not the biggest dairy, we have our faults and you won't receive the highest salary in the world, but you will be part of something special - we value our community, our planet and organic farming as well as our fab herd of people & cows.
We offer you mega reduced prices on all the local and organic food we sell, you'll enjoy discounts at our very own speciality coffee shop in Mauchline and if you're doing some big life stuff at the weekend (moving house, gardening or that DIY you've been planning since year dot) then you can use one of our vans too.
