Awesome to use from butter-making, whipping or to simply pour over your freshly picked Scottish summer strawberries, Mossgiel Organic Double Cream is pure old-fashioned Cream made in the same slow and traditional way we treat Mossgiel Milk… some even say it’s mooo-arvellous!
Our Cream is the by-product of the Semi-skimmed Milk production process. To make Semi-skimmed Milk, we remove half the Cream from our Whole Milk. Chefs love it! We find that our Cream tends to find its way into some very high-end Kitchens and Bakeries. You can find exactly where, here. The best Chefs and Bakers like to work with the best ingredients.
