Where our cream comes from
Our double cream is separated as part of making Mossgiel semi-skimmed milk. It is a valuable part of the milk, not an afterthought, and we handle it with the same care as every bottle that leaves us.
The milk behind it: The milk behind our cream comes from Wester Manbeen, Milton of Connage, Auchlea and West Mossgiel. We work with the four farms because they share our standards for organic farming, animal care and healthy land.
