Brewed, non-homogenised organic semi-skimmed milk with Mossgiel character. It comes from four organic family farms: Wester Manbeen, Milton of Connage, Auchlea and West Mossgiel.

The milk is left as naturally as possible, so a little cream may still rise. Give the bottle a gentle shake if you prefer it mixed through.

A simple, thoughtful process
Rather than stripping all the cream from the milk and adding some back, we separate cream from part of the milk and blend it with whole milk. The result is semi-skimmed milk that still tastes satisfyingly like milk.
Where it comes from: The main Mossgiel range comes from Wester Manbeen, Milton of Connage, Auchlea and West Mossgiel. We work with the four farms because they share our standards for organic farming, animal care and healthy land.
