Why Mossgiel got involved
Gilmartin’s was a customer and a place the Mossgiel team genuinely loved. When closure was announced, we asked whether the bakery could have another chapter. A month later, Mossgiel had the keys.
The idea behind it
The aim was to bring the same values to the bakery counter: good ingredients, proper food, local relationships and plenty of Mossgiel milk in the coffee.
