Back in 2022, we herd some dreadful moos at Mossgiel - our favourite Ayrshire Bakery was closing...
Gilmartin's was a bakery we supplied milk to, and often popped in for a pastry and coffee any time we passed, because we LOVED it!
So, when we hear that they would be closing really soon, we got together at the farm and said... what if?
A month later, we had the keys and Gilmartin's Bakery entered a new chapter - now with a sprinkling of Mossgiel
