Use our postcode checker to find the Mossgiel delivery options for your address. Coverage depends on the routes served by our delivery partners.
Choose what goes in your fridge
Follow the link to your delivery partner. They will show you the Mossgiel products available, current prices and the ordering details for your area.
Order with your delivery partner
Check the delivery days, any minimum order or delivery charge, and how to change an order before you sign up. Your partner will explain how deliveries and payments work.
Bring the bottles back
Mossgiel glass bottles are made to be used again. Please return them:
- Empty
- Rinsed
- Without the cap
Only return Mossgiel-branded bottles into the Mossgiel return system. Follow your delivery partner’s instructions for where and when to leave them. If you’re unsure about a bottle or any deposit, ask your partner before returning it.
A quick rinse at home helps us keep the return system working. Returned bottles are professionally washed before they are filled again.

Do you deliver to my postcode?
The quickest way to find out is to use our postcode checker. Delivery availability can vary from one address or route to another, so a list of towns cannot confirm it for your home.
Will Mossgiel deliver the milk themselves?
The checker will show you the delivery partner for your area. You’ll arrange your order with the provider it takes you to.
What can I order?
Our range includes organic whole milk, semi-skimmed milk, double cream and Mossgiel Gold. Availability varies by partner and area, so check the range shown before you order.
Can you supply 5L buckets?
Yes. Reusable 5L buckets are a business format. Ask us about current availability, quantities, return arrangements and delivery options for your route.
How much does delivery cost?
Your delivery partner will show the current prices, delivery charges and any minimum order. Check these before confirming your order.
Can I change or pause my order?
Check your delivery partner’s account and ordering information for change deadlines, holiday arrangements and cancellation terms. These are not necessarily the same for every delivery service.
If your deliveries are arranged through a partner, use that partner’s account service. The existing Mossgiel account link is not a universal login for every delivery provider.
What if doorstep delivery isn’t available?
You may still be able to pick up Mossgiel nearby. Use our stockist finder, and check with the stockist before making a special trip.
