Mossgiel Milk is Non-homogenised
That means that it's cream-at-the-top Milk. This is very important for the taste. When the cream rises to the top, it means that it's in its natural form, and hasn't had its structure destroyed, which is what happens during the process of homogenisation.

Mossgiel Milk is Non-Standardised
This means that you get all the Cream that the Cows produce, not some arbitrary percentage.

This means that we heat it to a lower temperature for a longer time than is normally the case. This gentler process preserves more of the delicious Organic flavour.
