Do you think more small dairy farmers will go cow-with-calf or are there too many barriers?

We want to work with more farmers to do this. It’s an option that people ARE asking for and it suits a small family farm with labour challenges well. It’s our intention to be a platform for farmers thinking of this to be able to sell their milk to us, and we can then supply from there.
